    ART TEACHER, STUDENT AIDE

Linda brings to Valor over 20 years of teaching experience in Christian schools. Her expertise includes serving as a classroom teacher for lower elementary grades, teaching art to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, and coming alongside struggling students to help them learn well. Linda loves the challenge of learning what makes each child “tick,” and then adapting her teaching to help them get the most out of their time in her classroom. Her love for creating beautiful art through many different mediums keeps her learning and growing herself! Linda lives with her husband of 38 years on a small farm in Oshkosh where their favorite pastime is spending time with their four daughters, their husbands, and their 11 grandchildren. She also is an avid gardener, quilter, and has recently taken to watercolor. Her favorite time of the day is very early mornings spent with Jesus and her Bible.

“It is my joy to serve at VCCS where I hope to be used of God to point children to God through art.”
